Former WWE and ECW champion Rob Van Dam is scheduled to be the guest tonight on the Between The Ropes radio show out of Orlando, FL. The show airs from 10p-midnight ET on WQTM 740 The Team in Orlando and streams live online at www.betweentheropes.com.
Former WCW and WWE star Bill DeMott posted a blog entry (with lots of naughty language, so for those of you at work, consider that a warning) at www.myspace.com/billdemot, noting that he was intending to retire at the end of 2007 as he's contacted both WWE and TNA and neither have shown interest in him working for their companies. DeMott noted that he would still be doing training seminars and that we can add him to the list of guys working on a book about the business. Actually, I think DeMott would have a really interesting one to read given that he worked every major promotion in the United States, plus did a ton of independents and overseas work.
