A Swedish MMA site, MMAnytt.com, is reporting that Ultimate Fighter winner Ross Pearson will make his second stop at featherweight on April 14 against Dennis Siver at UFC on FUEL TV 2. The event is set to take place in Stockholm, Sweden at the Ericsson Globe Arena.
Pearson recently made a successful debut in the featherweight division, taking a decision victory over Junior Assuncao. The Brit is now 13-5 in his career, including a 5-2 mark inside the Octagon.
Siver (19-8) put together a four-fight win streak that started following a loss to Pearson back in 2010. Siver's run was stopped by Donald Cerrone back at UFC 137 via submission.
The UFC recently announced the main event for UFC on FUEL TV 2, as Alexander Gustafsson will face Antonio Rogerio Nogueira in his native country. Other main card bouts include Brian Stann vs. Alessio Sakara and Paulo Thiago against Siyar Bahadurzada. Pearson-Siver would likely receive a spot alongside those fights if signed.
