I think he meant as in "2018, 2019". Being fair, though, I was also confused and could only figure it out once he called you out.

As for the thread, I don't think I want to see Ronda being called a "diva". Certainly not with the butterfly belt. But other then that? Sure, I'd love to see Ronda monster heeling the divas division. I just hope her thrash-talking is enough to make the wwe crowd boo a woman for once.

Oh right. Well damn. I didn't get that at all.

Is this chick insane?... She's better off in UFC... She must be a huge wrestling fan to want something like that.. She'll make more money in UFC and always be a bigger star... All the divas are nothing compared to Ronda Rousey.
Well, yeah. Why did John Cena rap? Why did Michael Jordan play baseball? Why is cm punk on the ufc while writing comics?

Sometimes the things you do to make a living are just what you're best at, not necessarily something you enjoy more than anything else. If you earned enough influence while doing something you like, I think it's smart, not insane, that you use it to do something you love.

The answer to both those questions is.... Money!
John cena is debatable, but Jordan would have made objectively made a shitload more money if he hadn't retired in the first place. Either that or the gambling conspiracies are true...:silva:

Anyhow, celebrities do things that aren't on their best financial interests just because they feel like it all the time. I mean, the overwhelming majority of people do sports and other activities for fun, not money.

UFC offers nothing close to what WWE offers in terms of money. WWE runs more shows, has more exposure around the world and gets the billions yearly. They can definitely buy off Rousey.

I personally don't think Rousey going to the divas division would be a smart move. I mean it would be fine if she was allowed to fight for the Intercontinental and United States like Chyna, but WWE is really against man-on-women violence so I don't see it working. She should just stay where she's at. Maybe a few appearances in the WWE wouldn't hurt but the farther that piece of shit title is away from her, the better. Now let me watch her rack in 13-0 next month.

I can see this happening down the road. Not any time real soon. I don't think it's be littling for Ronda to do this either. She would step into WWE and easily be the most dominant entity in history (in the divas division), much like Brock is seemingly doing. I'm not saying that she can't do other things first and that's great, but being the number 1 diva in WWE history, is a huge feat and shouldn't be seen as anything but substantial. Hell, she may be the first since Chyna to win a mid card belt like the US or IC title, it would be more believable with her.

If she was viewed as the divas "prize fighter" it would be awesome.

Well... Time will only tell.

Source: Rolling Stone

Rollins Stone recently spoke with UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rouseyabout her interest in WWE. The full interview is at this link. Below are highlights:

If she's ready for WWE:

"I'm ready. I've seen NXT, I remember Nattie and Charlotte's match for the title. Nattie was actually training with the original Four Horsewomen to get ready for that fight. I have so many obligations, but I really want to find a way to make it happen. I'm a huge fan wrestling, and I would like to see the position of women in the sport continue to improve, so if I can be a part of it, great."

WWE focusing more on women:

"I'm really encouraged by the progress I've seen with what they're doing with the women in WWE, but I feel like there's a lot more than can be done. They're doing some of it now, too. I'm really excited that they've brought up all these great women from NXT, who are all different from the normal mold they would use for the Divas division. I'm not going to take credit for anything, but I definitely want to be part of it as much as I can."

Rousey also commented on WrestleMania 32 in the full interview.

What if they put Heyman with Ronda in a few years? Maybe Brock will still be around too. The way she puts things it seems like she might move on a little earlier than expected.

Bork will be around for the next 3-5 years, I think.

I don't think she would be in a desperate need of a manager if she ever came to the WWE. She's a legit asskicker, so her coming out and simply saying "I'm gonna kick your head off." would be believable, imo.
