WWE officials have learned of Roman Reigns’ desire to appear on this week’s Raw, but as of now, and due to his obligations as a SmackDown LIVESuperstar, he will not be appearing on Monday night’s show.
Reigns proclaimed Saturday morning via Twitter that he had “some business” on Raw, and that he would return to the red brand this Monday.. However, as WWE.com can confirm, that will not be the case

Ratings may increase, but only by slightly. If WWE wants better ratings then improve the show. It is that simple.

Fans say they want change. Wwe change. Fans still don't like it. This whole year wwe have been trying to please the hardcore fans. It doesn't work.

I love how they just shut him down on Twitter.

Clearly they're panicking over ratings, as they should.. They're losing more fans every week and not gaining any new ones.

The fans want changes to the quality of the
writing & stories...not the brand rosters.

It could work...but the WWE has no intention
on making these REAL changes...not until
they get REALLY desperate.

The AEW must be laughing at their ineptitude.

All that talent, money & power...and they couldn't
organize a piss-up in a Brewery.

Hear Hear!

Bingo!

I personally hope the ratings keep dropping until they are
FORCED to make proper changes & actually start crafting
interesting, long term story arcs for their talent.

Plenty of people want change. However, just changing something randomly and calling the change people wanted does not invalidate anyone's opinion. Fans have pretty much demanded Raw to fall to two hours for years. Moving Roman to Smackdown did not solve the fact that Raw is difficult to watch all the time because the show is three hours long.

You can move people around all you want but until they correct the writing and booking issues, people won't be happy.

Like mentioned, RAW needs to be 2 hours again. Have a 3 hour special every few months to make it feel like a special occasion. Cut the roster down a bit and focus on building a handful of GOOD stories rather than 10+ mediocre ones.

"Catering to hardcore's" gives us 3 types of heels. The McMahons and the system they're fighting against based off the real perception of Vince, Baron Corbin or any talentless "big" being perceived as better than the internet darling faces, and whatever generic blonde is designed to get us thinking they have "special privileges". All three of these have one thing in common, they suck.

The heels who've been effective this year are an all-time great face in Bryan who's been a egotistical prick with a self-serving sense of purpose, a multi-layered character where his psyche and hypocrisy was understood... KO, who's just damn good at his job and betrayed the trust of the people who stuck their neck out for them, and Ronda, who just got good enough at talking shit and had enough cred as this MMA badass that Becky one-upped her on the shit talk and tried to overcome her in the ring.

WWE can lean into it when they catch lightning in a bottle, but like NXT showed us, don't worry about going after THESE fans. Hardcore, casual, whatever. Be the best wrestling company you can be. Many fundamentals still work.

WWE as a whole, minus NXT/UK, isn't a "Wrestling" company, but a "Sports Entertainment" company. WWE couldn't give one single care about Wrestling because of folks like Kevin Dunn and such trying to become an Entertainment company and focusing on things like WWE Movies, Reality TV, and so forth. WWE simply doesn't give one shit about Wrestling.

You actually buy into that sports entertainment crap? Wwe is just about wrestling as it was with hill Billy Jim in the 80s. Proffesional wrestling is a huge umbrella. Lots of different interpretations o the art form. That's like saying vanilla ice isn't hip hop. Sports entertainment is literally just a marketing buzz word that they use. Just because wwe don't put on the wrestling that you don't like doesn't mean it isn't doing wrestling.

A YouTuber I really liked explained this perfectly... If you want wrestling, find PWG. The best sports entertainment company was Lucha Underground. WWE is a marketing company designed to cater to (see my previous post) billionaires.
Quoted the wrong person but such is mobile life lol
