[Headfirst For Hardcore]

Lately, I haven't been excited at all by the ROH Title Defenses. It's getting boring seeing McGuinness beat the same contenders. Claudio and Steen have lost all of their credibility at beating Nigel, and most of the roster is already involved in a feud. I could see a match with Danielson, like the one announced for Japan to lose the belt, but I've already lost lots of interest in the belt in general. They're slowly building Chris Hero as a contender, and I'm hoping he gets booked seriously if and when he challenges Nigel.

I agree, it looks like Steen, Cluadio and Aries time is up. Danielson and Black have about one more chance each. So some new contenders will be a nice change. I'd love to see Hero, Strong, Generico and Jacobs get their shot at the belt. I'd like to see strong or Jacobs win the belt.

I don't even remember if Jacobs ever had a title shot in ROH with any champ since he started. Roderick Strong is the only one I can see winning the belt as a first timer. Danielson could get a consolation run like Homicide, and Aries should just keep feuding with Jacobs.
