This weeks Road Rage edition reflects back on the amazing Ring of Honor/New Japan Pro Wrestling joint shows War of The Worlds in historic Philadelphia, PA at the legendary 2300 Arena.
The Addiction shocked the world recently when they not only won the ROH World Tag Team Championships, but revealed to be world that they were members of the villainous Knights of the Rising Dawn. They face 2 members of CHAOS in former 2 time former IWGP Heavyweight Champion Kazuchika "Rainmaker" Okada and his highly decorated partner in crime, Gedo. The Addiction's in ring abilities have never been questioned, yet now their actions are. Okada and Gedo will prove to be a unique pairing that could pose many problems for the champions. While this is a non-title match up, a loss would definitely hurt The Addiction. One has to be concerned the potential presence of fellow KRD member Chris Sabin. Could Okada and Gedo have back up?
Our main event will feature IWGP Heavyweight Champion "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles taking on The Kingdoms Adam Cole! While Styles has been defending his championship against some the very best, Adam Cole has been recovering from major shoulder surgery. Cole is returning without informing his Kingdom cohorts. How will they respond to this? With Styles being one of the best in the world, is Cole making the right choice of opponents to return? All these questions will be answered on this awesome edition of Ring of Honor Television on Destination America.
