In regard to rumors of TNA and Ring of Honor holding a double-shot combined weekend of events at New York City's Hammerstein Ballroom, highly placed sources in both companies have stated there is absolutely nothing to the story. I don't know where it started and frankly, don't care, but we've received enough emails about the rumor that I asked around and received laughter from both sides.
The only relationship between the two sides is the same as any other independent promotion working with TNA - they can request and book TNA talents under the conditions that the matches are not aired on PPV or sold via third-party retailers, i.e. anywhere but the independent promotions themselves.
