Well she said “And joins The Kingdom, which is alright” then after it was suggested she should have joined BCC she said “Becuase lets make the russian a heel...” so she didn’t say it til AFTER BCC was mentioned. That’s where the confusion is..

Either way I honestly only think it’s a trope if it’s like, how Rusev was where it’s a huge part of the heel character. If she’s in The Kingdom but her whole thing isn’t being an evil Russian, or same with BCC, it doesn’t necessarily IMO fall under the trope. She’s just a Russian who’s a heel, not a heel Russian.
