- We return to Baltimore for our next "Ring of Honor Wrestling" TV Tapings on February 2nd and ROH Match Maker Nigel McGuinness has signed several matches including The Wolves & Elgin vs. Strong, Fish, & O'Reilly and the Semi-Finals & Finals of the 2013 Top Prospect Tournament! Also, Jay & Mark Briscoe have requested to defend the Tag Titles and ROH officials have agreed!
- ROH World Champion Kevin Steen is on his way to being one of the most dominant champions in ROH history. Not only has he successfully defended the title on 14 occassions, but nobody has even been able to pin Steen since he returned to ROH! He has defeated some of the toughest challengers in the world including Roderick Strong, Eddie Kingston, Rhino, & Michael Elgin, plus both Davey Richards and now Eddie Edwards after "Defy or Deny II" are completely shut out of the World Title picture as long as Kevin remains champion! If you look at the current roster, there are not too many people left who have yet to challenge Steen...
- In a very controversial finish last Saturday, Rhett Titus threw in the towel for his partner BJ Whitmer when Matt Hardy had a guillotine choke applied. Everyone knows that BJ suffered a serious neck injury at "Final Battle 2012" but refused to take time off and ignored the advice of doctors and friends such as Rhett Titus alike. Whitmer is truly one of the toughest wrestlers in the world and was able to kick out of TWO Twist of Fates by Hardy but it was clear that Whitmer's neck was in serious pain. Following the match Titus & Whitmer got into a heated argument so it will be interesting to see where this goes...
- Last Friday in Dearborn Jimmy Jacobs came inches from defeating World TV Champion Adam Cole in a Proving Ground match that stole the show. This is one worth going out of your way to see on DVD.
