Hell in a cell stunts
My mate asked me the other day why didnt people climb the cell anymore i simply said because the,Simple fact is that there became an over-saturation of that sitation for the hell in a cell. For instance if you look at the hardcore matches, the fans at first went crazy for them, they were new to the wwe, they gave an incredible amount of action, and so on. But then hardcore matches became over-saturated, the fans got tired/bored with them. Hardcore was happening in every match, and so it lost its importance. The hell in the cell matches could fall into the same mould. Hell in the Cell is suppose to be a special match, where a feud that cannot be dealt with in the conventional ways gets solved there. You had incredible matches such as Undertaker/Mankind, Undertaker/Micheals, HHH/Jericho... but eventually it got to the point where in every hell in the cell, the fans expect this kind of high-risk action. Of course there is the argument for injury, but thats the obvious answer. If the fans expect such high-risk, then the excitement is seemingly lost, and in essence the importance of such a match is lost. So in order to keep this type of match special, now the hell in the cell's don't have the fighting on top of the cage, through the cage, ect. But now you also never know whether a hell in the cell may have that type of action, and that is what drives fans to watch them.
What do you guys think?
