The official DirecTV preview for next week's debut of "WWE Superstars" lists the show will be hosted by Kevin Kelly. If this is true, this would be the first time Kelly has been on television since departing in 2003.

This could be a mistake by DirecTV, but that would be a really odd & random mistake.

 I hope this is true.

DirectTV always makes those mistakes. I remember it had Jeff Hardy listed under a TNA PPV last year.

If this is true...LMAO...that guy was a tool.

I wonder if he'll do the entire episode with his finger in his nose.

I'm not saying it is, in fact, I have my doubts, but how do you know?

EDIT- :lmao

I just got off the phone with former WWE announcer Kevin Kelly who informed me that despite reports which have been surfacing on several websites today, he will NOT be returning to WWE to host the "Superstars" program. The announce team for the show has yet to be officially revealed.

Also, be sure to tune into The Voice of Wrestling radio show tomorrow night, LIVE, from 5-6pm EST, as Kevin Kelly joins the broadcast to bring back his popular Plan B segment!

Does anyone know WTF this show is about? Like is Cena and all the top stars going to be on there?

IDK, just random stars having wrestling matches without storylines is what I heard. Sounds good, but almost sounds too good to be true. And if that's the case, it probably is.

It's blatantly gonna be a bit like Heat only with the odd big-name showing up... IMO we'll predominantly see the guys from Raw & SD that struggle to get TV time. Can't say ECW really has this problem to the same extent so whether or not we'll see much of those guys I dunno...

Just a good way to keep the likes of Truth, Kendrick, Ziggler and such active on TV and maybe get over a bit more thanks to their ring-work alone.

I think at the start though, there'll be soem bigger names. I think at the start you'll have guys like Rey, Jericho, Punk, MVP, Show, etc on there to get some interest, but after maybe a month, it'll basically be what Airfixx said.
