I like Skip Sheffield but I've always marked for Slater. I called him being an IC champ during the original Nexus run, but he is being criminally misused. I could picture him being a Double J type of heel for the mid card

also, why don't they show this interview with Slater on SD instead of replaying Raw video packages? And then they wonder why nobody on the midcard is over when they never feature them/job them out on a regular basis

Agreed, I think he could be in a really funny/goofy heel tag-team to be honest. And they definitely need to show these, WWE in general lack backstage segments which aren't Blue or Johnny Ace.
