With these two so far 100% confirmed for the hall of fame for 2008

Rick Flair and Mae Young

wwe are considering putting the rocks grandfather in this year for only one reason. which i think is really mean....

They might put him in but not because he was a great wrestler and gave his life for wrestling in the 60's its because if he is in the rock will be inducting him and than they can get ratings !!! and another reason is since the HOF ceremony is one day before wrestlemania they than can ask him if the day after he can do a promo on mania...

So the rocks grandfather is a maybe for hall of fame class of 2008 but only because they want rock to induct him and they want ratings...

Now that'd it sells some tickets. However considering their extreme hate for one another and the little desire the Rock has to ever get in the ring I don't think that'll ever happen.

I'm kind of torn on the Rock. I absolutely love him, but at the same time I'm pissed he doesn't want to come back. I mean I kind of understand why he doesn't want to come back, but then again the WWE got him to where he is today. It's kind of a love-hate thing for the Rock with me, but I still would flip out to hear the Rock on the mic once again or in the ring(even though I don't ever see him getting in the ring again).

^There was also that time that HHH was making fun of the Rock and GM HBK came out and made a match. Also I'm not sure if this is right, but didn't HBK special gues ref a HHH-Rock match? Anyway though, as utterly amazing as that match and the build up for it would be, it's not going to happen. Think of some of those promos and then the actual match, wow that would be one that would never be forgetten, oo well though.

You seem to not understand. There not trying to bribe The Rock to be at the Hall of Fame. The thing is, They want the Rock to be the one to induct his family into the Hall of Fame. As it should be. If Rock can free up time in his schedule then they will be in this year. If not they will just try again next year. Its a case of The Rock should be the one to do it, and The Rock wants to do it...the only question is, will the Rock's schedule allow it.

Vince: Come on Rock, come to Wrestlemania Weekend....we'll induct your father and grandfather if you do...

When in reality its.....

Vince: Were going to induct your father and grandfather. We think its only appropriate that you do the honors. So we will do it whenever your schedule allows you to participate.

So you ment what I said, but you said you thinking there sinking low? well which is it? Cause it can't be both. And I'll point out anything I damn well please when I see someone trying to make things sound worse then they are. You said it, you can't believe they would sink this low to try and get the Rock on the show.....I pointed out that no one is sinking anywhere and to me you saying that they are sinking low, is a mis reading of the facts, so I pointed out what the facts were. And your response is, Thats what I ment. Well my way and your sinking low way are two totally different things. So you might want to think about what you say before you say it from now on.

Oh and one more thing. If you don't want people to disagree with you and point out when they think your wrong, don't post on a msg board, because thats kinda the whole point. Its how you have a discussion, is to talk and discuss situations....much like me explaining why your wrong to be saying they are sinking low to get the Rock on the show.
