RIP "Mr. Wonderful" Paul Orndorff

With this sad passing, The Wrestling Classic becomes only the second WWE supercard to have 50% of its in-ring participants be deceased. It joins SummerSlam 1990 in this aspect.

This hit me hard. I've always been a huge fan of Paul Orndorff. He was a fuckin' fighter to the end. His comeback in WCW especially in 1993 proved that. RIP, man.

At the end of the 1st Table For 3 on the WWE Network Piper told Mean Gene & Mr. Wonderful “we gotta do this again sometime.”

He would pass away a few days later.

Mean Gene passed a few years later, today Mr. Wonderful.

The place I saw it online earlier had said all the Heenan family had passed so that’s why I said that.
