Look for the Ric Flair retirement storyline to begin very soon. The current plan is to start the angle this year and finish it up sometime between the Royal Rumble and WrestleMania 24.

I would like it to involve one last title run, but I don't foresee that happening, unfortunately.

Well if Batista was to win on Sunday, he could give him a shot because of "friendship" or something.

I would love to see Flair recieve one last run with the World Title on SD!. That idea would have previously been met with 'it would devalue the title having a 58 year old man win the World Title' but after having Khali as Champion recently, it would be a great improvement. It would also provide a climax to a great storyline and a Legend's career. Will it happen? I have my doubts. I think it is more possible that he has a retirement match against Edge or something.

I can actually picture the Khali/Flair match now. Flair plays the major face in peril the entire match until the chop block on the knees. Then he takes him down starts working on the knees more, do a little more back and forth from there. Match ends with Khali tapping out to the figure four in the middle of the ring.

What would be even better would be for Failr to get that one last run and win the World title and retire with it. Now that would be a way for him to go out,but it won't happen cuase WWE has other plans for the title and Batista isn't part of that plan.

I wish he went out by retiring with the title and passing it on to, idk, let's say Triple HHH in a big ceremony.

WWE ows it to him. They owe Ric Flair one more title run. For all he's done for wrestling in general, they owe him one more, legitimate, solid title reign. If WWE doesn't do this, they should be fucking ashamed of themselves. If they did this, I may actually consider watching SD, or at least taping it. I actually want this angle to start soon, and breathe some needed life, into a dead SD right now.

Flair is a legend...Plain and simple. He has to go out on a good note...I think it would be wrong for his career to be ended so I think they oughtta let him go out with dignity.Retirin with the title would be the best way.Maybe even a Batista/Flair tag title run...Who knows?

One idea I had was for Flair to win the title fairly soon, then drop it around WM time, then Flair-Taker at WM 24, which would be a good retirement match for Flair no matter who the winner turned out to be. Flair's the only person on the current WWE roster that I feel could legitimately end Taker's WM streak.

I thought that too, even though Taker's already beaten him at WM *Cough* WM 18 *Cough*...

Another title run for Flair.....won't happen although I would love to see it happened. I was kind of thinking that if he would retire with the title, SD should have a tournament. The tournament should be similar to the one when Trish won the women’s title and retried.

Anyway lets be realistic here... this is the WWE and all of our good ideas will never happened.

Flair needs one more title run..if not the WHC,some other title like the tag team or US title before he retires..am sure the wwe writers cancome up with something really good for him to end his career with..
