On RAW this past Monday, Stephanie told Vicky that she already fired her once and wouldn't hesitate to do so again. Any chance this could be related to Flair returning?

How the fuck can he pass the tests? he is clearly a drunk who cant stay sober and I dont want him to return to action I dont want to see his saggy tits in the ring

Speculation is now that The Miz and Flair will share an in-ring segment together, but it'll end with Miz attacking Flair and cementing his heel turn. 
One can only hope. That could be the reason for Flair undergoing the medical tests since it's required for any sort of physicality, not just for wrestling an actual match.
