Thought i would pass this along to you. i was listening to a local sports talk radio show, "prime time w/the pacman" on 610 AM WFNZ in charlotte, nc today and ric flair made a surprise call. ric was taking jabs at one of the hosts for calling appalachian state's big win over michigan last week a "fluke" as well as pumping up everyone about this week's south carolina/georgia game. the show's host, mark packer, finally asked ric about the story of ric's quitting the WWE to see if it was true. ric replied, "no, it's not true. what would the WWE do w/out me?" and laughed it off. but ric did say that he is opening a new business in charlotte this coming monday. the name is "ric flair finance". might explain why he's been off WWE TV for this long. ric said he would explain more about the situation next week when he appears live on "primetime".

Thank god, I can't wait for Flair returning to Smackdown

Another indication that most of the things that are roumerd are BS! & That people jump to conclusions to quickly!

Glad to hear the Nature Boy could be returning soon!

Actually, i wouldn't be surprised if the Booker situation was BS as well!

I knew it all along. I remember when the original thread was made about him "quitting" and everyone was spazzing out, and making bullshit theories about Flair's big spectcle fallout from wrestling and how he would go to TNA, and I was like "Uhh, its probably just a stupid rumor". Glad thats true for sure now.

Wait a minute, Flair isn't TNA's 'Former World Champion' they recently signed? :O :O :O Well I'll Be Damned !!

But seriously though, it was obvious he wouldn't leave at this point in time. Even if he wanted to, WWE wouldn't let him. The amount of money both parties can earn from Flair's farewell tour, induction into the HOF and his final match would be justification on itself.

Am I the only one just really damn sick of Ric Flair? I enjoyed him when it was him vs Triple H... And the game was like flipping out while in the Figure 4. But against people like Carlito and everyone else... Nature boy's about as impressing as Batista.
