Thanks to FightLine.com for the following:

Former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion and current Dancing With The Stars champion-to-be (probably not true, but that would be kinda cool) Chuck Liddell was on Good Day L.A. yesterday to talk about his dancing and MMA careers respectively. While one seems to be off to a good start, the other seems to be in a state of flux. We all know that UFC President Dana White and Liddell have gone back and forth over the last few months on whether or not “The Icemen†will ever return to the Octagon, but Liddell appears to be of the thinking that his fighting career has not yet seen it’s end. Here is what Liddell had to say to the Good Day L.A. crew.

“After this [Dancing With The Stars] I’m gonna spend some time with my kids, because I’ve been away for a while, and then I’ll talk to Dana, I’ll talk to my trainer and we’ll see what we’re gonna do,†Liddell said.

Speaking to White’s hesitation to let him fight again, Liddell had this to say. “It’s not completely up to him, we’re gonna argue about it. I still think I’ve got something left. If he can convince me I don’t, maybe I’ll retire. Maybe I can convince him I still got something left and I want to fight. We’ll see what I gotta do to convince Dana. I’m gonna work at it real hard.â€

I'm not in the mood for another BRUTAL RAPING of Chuck Liddell.

Chuck Liddell WAS an exciting beast of the octagon. And I hate this fall from grace for him considering he was literally at one point Dana Whites #1 guy. But Dana's got it right here, Chuck does not want to become the new Ken Shamrock.

However, I feel that if Dana refuses to put him back in the octagon Liddells just going to end up going to Strikeforce.

I'd like to see Chuck get one more great fight and possible win. I think a Tito/Chuck fight could still draw and would be a good end for Chuck's career.

With Coleman backing out of the Ortiz fight at 106 Iceman/Ortiz is possible isn't it?

Yeah, Chuck would actually have a chance of winning that fight from their previous fights against each other with Chuck being the winner.

Well that might just take away hype from Lesnar's match! Liddell and Ortiz again would be AMAZING

Yea but it's the throwback factor that would attract people to this fight. You don't get alot of rematches from more than 3 years ago. I think this would spark interest in many fans old and new.
