-- The Elimination Chamber is being brought back for the No Way Out pay-per-view in February. The storyline heading into WrestleMania is that the winner of the Royal Rumble will get to decide the champion he wants to face at WrestleMania. Then, the unselected champion will have its brand's top wrestlers go into an the Elimination Chamber. The winner of that match will get the other title shot at WrestleMania.
- Edge will receive a World Heavyweight Title shot on this week's SmackDown! as he will face The Animal, Batista in the main event.
- Confirmed for tomorrow night on Raw is Triple H and Jeff Hardy vs. Umaga and Snitsky.
-- Frankie Kazarian has improved his standing with the company after two strong matches with Christian Cage and another one with Kurt Angle. TNA likes his look & workrate and so he's going to be given more shots to work with the top guys in the company.
-- Regarding the WWE Hall of Fame, Vince McMahon always has the final say on who does and doesn't get inducted, but the committee working with Vince regarding it consists of television producer Kevin Dunn, Johnny Ace, and Stephanie McMahon. Those four people have the main say on who gets in. The current plan calls for Ric Flair to be the star attraction.
