Resting B____ Face, ask RBF is what it sounds like and here are some examples :

RBF:
a person, usually a girl, who naturally looks mean when her face is expressionless, without meaning to.
"Nah, she's just got a resting bitch face, she's actually really sweet"

I know I may be a bit old to this, but I think I actually have it which would explain why people think I am mad all the time or just don't like them. BUT WAIT... THERE IS HELP!!
