Report: Mark Bocek vs. Nik Lentz Planned for UFC 140 in Toronto

An intriguing lightweight bout is in the works for UFC 140 in Toronto this December, according to the Canadian Press's sports editor, Neil Davidson, who tweeted that Toronto native, Mark Bocek, will face Nik Lentz on the December 10th card:

Both men have excellent grappling chops, but Bocek is known for his BJJ, while Lentz employs a grinding wrestling style that hasn't won him many fans. Nonetheless, Lentz did put on exciting performance in his last two fights, getting beat up on the feat against Waylon Lowe before coming back to grab a submission win via guillotine with only minutes to go in the fight, and then more recently, going back and forth with Charles Oliveira in a wild brawl that saw Lentz tap to a rear naked choke, only to have the loss overturned due to Oliveira cracking him with an illegal knee just prior, thus keeping Lentz's undefeated UFC record intact.

Bocek, who is no stranger to the UFC's Canadian cards, suffered a decision loss to top lightweight, Ben Henderson, back in April on the last Toronto card, but before that, he impressed many with a brilliant display of his submission prowess against Dustin Hazelett.
