Reid Flair appeared on the Hit the Ropes radio show on Wednesday and said while he hasn’t ruled out working for TNA, his goal is still to work for WWE. Here’s what he said:

“No, I have not ruled out TNA. I respect the guys that are there. I respect the people in management and stuff like that. My dream since I was five years old was to work for the WWE and that’s my goal. I think for people who are already established as stars, TNA is a great place to go. But me being a young kid and stuff like that, not having established myself, I think that sometimes the younger guys may be misrepresented and stuff in TNA. And I’m not saying anything malicious about TNA, WWE is just where I want to be. That’s my goal. WWE is the big time and I want to be with the best.â€￾

Seems like he has a good head on his shoulders. Hopefully he is better with his money than his dad. Eventually I see WWE signing him because of who he is. The benefit is that he is an amatuer wrestler and so has that wrestling background unlike David Flair. I had thought that Ric Flair mentioned he had signed with TNA sometime last year.

I think it would be cool honestly to see a Flair in the WWE again, I don't want him to go to TNA. He brought up a very good point about TNA not being good for young upstarts, and it really isn't. As much as we complain about WWE not building new stars, they do. They do it slowly, but they do. And I think it's effective that well. Would be cool to see him in FCW one day.

Seems like he got his smarts from his mother.

It's good to see a son of a fmaous person have lfty goals like this, he could get a job in TNA in a second, but opts out to try his luick on his own. Not like David Flair.
