I signed up for this site yesterday and was having fun discussing wrestling with everyone I talked to. However, late last night some people decided to make hateful remarks towards me, a race, and sexual orientation. They had zero remorse for what they were saying and told me to grow a pair. I have read the registration agreement and these folks have violated it to the extreme. Does the agreement hold any ground or is just there for heck of it? Here it is

Whilst we attempt to edit or remove any messages containing inappropriate, sexually orientated, abusive, hateful, slanderous, or threatening material that could be considered invasive of a persons privacy, or which otherwise violate any kind of law, it is impossible for us to review every message posted on this discussion system. For this reason you acknowledge that all messages posted on this discussion system express the views and opinions of the original message author and not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Therefore we take no responsibility and cannot be held liable for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy and completeness of every message.

By registering on this discussion system you agree that you will not post any material which is knowingly false, inaccurate, abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually orientated, threatening or invasive of a person's privacy, or any other material which may violate any applicable laws.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in the termination of your account, account suspension, or permanent ban of access to these forums. Your IP Address is recorded with each post you make on this discussion system and is retrievable by the forum staff if need-be. You agree that we have the ability and right to remove, edit, or lock any account or message at any time should it be seen fit. You agree that any information you enter on this discussion system is stored in a database, and that "cookies" are stored on your computer to save your login information. You also agree that all user groups/accounts are owned by us and that we can ban, delete and change permissions of those groups as we please. You agree that we will not delete your account if you ask.

Any information you provide on these forums will not be disclosed to any third party without your complete consent, although the staff cannot be held liable for any hacking attempt in which your data is compromised.

By continuing with the sign up process you agree to the above rules and any others that the Administrator specifies.

We're talking about this via PM, so no idea why this went public... All I can say is people need to watch what they say. Admittedly it's all banter and the internet is filled with hateful offensive material and to be an active user of the internet you do need to adopt a "who cares what these keyboard warriors say" attitude, but if it is genuinely hateful and was intentionally said to cause harm, then we do take action. I have read through the issue you are talking about and I know it wasn't intentionally hateful, it was an unfortunate accident which was met with an immediate apology, which was rejected.

Anyone can read this if you go to view all statuses. Go to page 2 and its the status with 62 comments. oh yea after the half hearted apology. I was still berated with hateful comments.

Closing this. Punk, you have the friendly award, if you continue to be an ass it will be removed immediately. This was a compete misunderstanding which escalated in nonsense because of those involved...
