-- The feeling within TNA is that the LAX team works very hard but without Konnan for their promos they won’t be above-average players on TV. PWInsider reports that there is still tremendous heat between Konnan and TNA, both sides pretty much hate each other. TNA is looking at the possibility of making Tomko/AJ vs. LAX into a long running feud. TNA has been holding back on pushing LAX due to Konan’s absence, despite Homicide and Hernandez being viewed as one of the company’s hottest acts.

-- Talia Madison, now known as Velvet Sky recently signed a long-term deal with TNA.

-- The TNA No Surrender 2007 DVD will hit store shelves this coming Friday.

-- The TNA Fan Fest before Bound For Glory drew 400 to 500 people. When they said on TV that the Motor City Machine Guns t-shirt was the best selling item of the weekend, that was legit.

-- Tomko is pushing for TNA to do an iMPACT taping at the Jan. 4 Tokyo Dome show in Japan. This would give iMPACT a different look on TV from the usual Universal Studios set.

I can see why TNA aren't pushing LAX because of Konnan but I can see them taking the tag titles from AJ and Tomko and possibly turning heel and feuding with MCMG, if that happens it'd be sweet.

I can understand why. Homicide is good to a point, but I sweat, sometimes I cant understand him all the way. He's good on occasion, but I dont falt not pushing them b/c of this. Sign Carlito :)

LOL, but no, if that fued would happen later on, that would be pretty sweet. I would love to see it go down the same road as LAX and Daniels/Styles.

Thats actually a really good idea. Put Carlito with LAX. That would be more over then Konnan I think. Carlito would work really well in that poition I think...wonder how long his non compete clause will be?

Suprise suprise, Motor City Machineguns a team who's whole gimmick is based on being from Detroit had the hottest selling merchandise in Detroit...wow thats a shock[/sarcasm]

I thought Homicide was actually meant to be quite talented on the mic?
if he is, I thiknk they should do an angle where he does the promos and Hernandez is like his bodyguard.
I just don't see Carlito fitting into LAX...maybe thats because I've only seen him as his character in WWE..I dunno!

opps, my mistake. lol your right it was too, cause they had way too many gimick matches at last years BFG...the worst being the 8 Mile Trailerpark Brawl or whatever that joke of a match Rhino was in was called.

^LOL, just TNA's way of calling it a street fight. They do that all the time. Pretty lame, but hey, you cant say they copy off the WWE when it comes to naming their matches :p

^^nope thats true. I think Russo might have a lot to do with that as well...I seem to remember a lot of creative styles and names of matches in the later years of WCW when he was running the joint. Viagara on a Pole, and Judy Bagwell on a pole (even though she was on a forklift) are two of my all time favourites :)
