I went for a long walk yesterday afternoon. We like 100% humidity and by the time I got home I was like half dead. Decided to take a nap and realized it was 12:30 the next morning. If I hadn't done that, I would have been up for the chat.

I think the slow chats have a lot to do with Raw itself though. Sometimes it is a chore to get through the show. Even when it is a good show, it's still three hours and can take a serious toll.
