Hi guys. Live in Australia and have tickets to Raw show in Perth July 30. Taking my 7 year old son and 4 year old John Cena loving daughter.
In as much detail as possible, can anyone tell me what to expect?
My boy keeps asking and I have no idea.

Cheers

Pretty much what you see on TV but with a more fan interactive feeling.

A simpler stage, different lights. Much less promos when compared to TV, longer matches. The show lasts about three hours.

I've been to a few events, couple of them were live tours and this is what you should expect. Since it's an international show your hometown crowd will be a lot louder than it is here in the states as it tends to be. The set up like the guy said above will be much simpler than what you see on tv, it'll be really small, like the some of sets they used in the 90's. I did hear that they started using the steel cage that they use on tv, so you might see that because these tours often have them. You might also see some more stuff like you wouldn't see on tv, since there's less character restrictions. You'll of course see the main eventers, but there's also guys there who have not debuted on TV yet.
if there's a title match, chances are it wont change hands, it never does

Every time I go to a house show, it's usually one or two main eventers and a bunch of upcoming talent or midcarders. It's actually really fun, let us know how it goes.

I went to the tour in Adelaide in 09' (I'm going again this year, 3RD ROW!!! :D) and it was awesome. It was all midcard matches with a couple having some sort of humour in them. One example is when MVP was facing big show and they tried that hand lock up thing but MVP coudn't reach so he climbed the turnbuckle and did it. They also had a wrestler there who I'd never heard of before get beat by Santino. His name was Sheamus. Anyway, it was all midcard matches up until the main event of Orton Vs HHH. The stage was alot smaller and it was heaps loud. If they have Pyro at the show, cover your kids. All in all, an awesome couple of hours and well worth The money.

Watch all the time on tv. The promo says John cena, punk, Ryback, mysterio, miz, ziggler, zac Ryder but does say card subject to change. So I guess we wait and see? Does the lineup get confirmed closer to the date of show?

Oh shit, I was there too!

As everyone else said, less promo's and more matches. From up and comers too. I got to see the debut of Del Rio before most murrikans.

It'll definitely change. It's just a place holder for now.

Glad to see I'm not the only Australian here :)

I haven't been myself personally however I asked the forum for their opinion a while back and they told me they really recommend it, it's really exciting and a great experience. I'm sure you'll be getting a great show, have fun!

You never really know for sure until you get there.

Well, I can't recall exactly what happened, but somehow the card for my house show got leaked a while before the show. I didn't really see it because I didn't really want to know the card beforehand, but I took a quick look and it was something like it.
