I ended up giving this a 7. It was a solid show, nothing extraordinary. I have to say that the main event was easily the best match on the card. It had some really great spots in it. I liked that. Even though I was pretty solidly sure AJ would win, I did get a bit nervous after that dirty deeds on the steel steps.

I'm not a huge Alexa Bliss fan, but the match was a pretty decent match. I also like how it ended.

Miz vs Ziggler was good too.

But the best thing about this PPV is that hopefully and finally the AJ vs Dean feud and the Miz vs Ziggler feud should be over. Don't get me wrong, Ziggler/Miz was a great feud but it's time to move on.

I had to go with an 8 because of that main event.
I probably would have gone 6 before that..even the beginning was a little slow. But man did it pick up. They delivered a solid tlc match. I never took notice to HOW athletic of a guy styles is. Like I knew he was good and all but that forearm from the floor to the top rope and hit him on the ladder was great.
Then thE frontflip onto the table was nuts. They both took a good amount of damage in that one. Excellent match

So...As you guys can imagine...I'm pretty happy with TLC...

~ Bray Wyatt finally gets his first WWE title with a great moment
at the end for Luke Harper. Thank you SmackDown creative.

~ Wow...Nikki Bella looked amazing tonight...but I was hoping
Carmella would get the win. May-be Nikki will be like John Cena
and bury everyone in her way. The match was okay...but no return
for Eva Marie. I think a Nikki Bella/Natalya feud is pointless...I
mean the matches will be great...but the new talent needs to be
pushed.

I'm curious to see where Carmella goes from here...as she's really
grown on me since her debut. Its a shame she gets little to no crowd
reaction...I think it might be her entrance music.

~ Another stunning match between the Miz & Ziggler...and I'm happy
to see the Miz retain. Again...I'm curious to see who is next in
line for a shot at the IC belt.

~ Baron Corbin defeats Kalisto...I didn't see that coming. Hopefully
they give Corbin something interesting to do now. May-be he could join
the Wyatt Family...no wait...that wouldn't work...seeing as he's a Lone
Wolf and all.

~ And Natalya calls Carmella a liar...no real surprise with that
reaction. I'm guessing they'll just pass the blame around until
they actually show some grainy, black & white footage of the attack.
I'm still holding out hope it was Eva.

~ And next up was my personal main event...and Wow...they actually had
Alexa win the belt clean. Well...hook my nipples up to a car battery and
call me shocked...I didn't think creative would go through with it...but
again...Thank you SmackDown. The match itself was not as good as Round 1
in Glasgow...but Alexa won...so I don't care.

I honestly don't expect Alexa to hold the belt for long...with Becky or
possibly Nikki Bella taking it at the Royal Rumble...but still...this is
a great reward for Alexa who has been simply red hot since debuting after
the brand split. What a way for her to cap off the year. Pure Bliss.

~ And finally...Styles & Ambrose put on a great main event with Ellsworth
costing Dean the match. I have a feeling Ellsworth may have even less of
a chin when Ambrose is done with him.

~ All in All...A great Pay Per View with both Bray Wyatt and Alexa Bliss
picking up their first WWE Titles. Loved it.

7/10 for me the Baron Corbin and Carmella matches were a lot better than I was expecting.

Just finished watching the PPV about an hour ago and even though there were a few minor things that I didn't like, ovegood rall I feel it was a solid show that deserves an 8/10. Some quite thoughts/notes:

- Didn't bother watching the pre-show so no comment there aside from the fact that I was glad to here that Apollo Crews is alive and well...

- Wyatts winning the tag titles was the easy and obvious direction so glad WWE thought the same and pulled the trigger. The addition of Orton in this mix has really benefited Bray and the gold in his possesion as of last night is proof of just that, let alone the interesting storyline developing. The match itself wasn't anything spectacular, just short, sweet and on point, nothing more, nothing less.

- Niki vs. Carmella was the...meh match of the night. From a booking standpoint, I would have rather had Carmella go over (God knows she needed it more) but whatever...Oh, and the revelation of Nattie being the one that attacked Niki backstage at Survivor Series? Lame, unless there's more to the story since Natalya initially has denied the accusation.

- The Miz and Ziggler put on another good showing overall, no doubt, however I feel that this feud reached it's peek at No Mercy. Either way, I'm glad Miz retained. It was the right choice and quite frankly, the only choice. Curious to see what's next for both Dolph and Miz. In Ziggler's case, I wouldn't be surprised with a heel turn after perhaps a few weeks off TV but Miz, man, this is a tough one with the current SD roster. Boy would the addition of Zayn help.

On a side note, they continue to build this side story with Miz and DB so this is another interesting thing to keep an eye out. I've called this from the very beginning and that first epic promo of the Miz that this seems to be heading to a Wrestlemania match despite DB not being cleared. If WWE want to pull the trigger, there are certainly a few ways around it but this is a discussion for some other time...

- Would have preferred Becky to hold on to the belt for another month but at the same time, can't say that Alexa Bliss didn't earn it. She's probably the best female star around these days so good for her...

- Kalisto vs. Corbin actually went a lot better then expected so hats off to both for a job well done. Suffice to say the right person went over and if it weren't for a heel holding the IC belt at the moment, I would have Corbin be going after it.

- Main event was by far the MOTN. Amazing performance from both Dean and more so AJ Styles who is literally phenomenal. Not only is he the best wrestler around, he also brings the best out of his opponents and/or at least makes them look that damn good along with him. That spring board 450 that he pulled onto Ambrose, my God that was sick....

As for Ellsworth's involvement, it was very easy to see it coming, as was his excuse for it. Silly, but in a weird way logical if you think about it from his point of view. The only thing remaining? As soon as AJ destroys Ellsworth on SD this Tuesday, have that fucking bell toll so we finally get to some serious business, shall we?

It shall also be interesting to see what's next for Ambrose. Granted, he should have some beef with Ellsworth but, meh, who's gonna really care? I wonder if moving Ambrose to RAW might be a good play as part of a trade for, say, Zayn and/or Cesaro? Probably not likely, just me thinking out loud, don't know...

Main Event, Kalisto v. Corbin and Miz & Dolph were really the only matches I cared for. Woulda been a 8 if I was basing it on those matches alone.

TLC was a very good show, I enjoyed it. 8/10

- Bray Wyatt & Randy Orton vs Rhyno & Heath Slater was a good show opener. ★★★
It wasn't a red-hot opener, but it was exactly what it needed to be, short and sweet and with the right outcome. Wyatt and Orton winning made sense and this whole Rhyno/Slater story has run its course, so I'm glad they ended it. I am enjoying this ongoing drama 'tween Harper and Orton, too. Also, now that The Wyatts are champs, will they be applying the Freebird rule just like The New Day? That'd be nice. As for Rhyno and Slater, hopefully Rhyno turns on Slater soon.

- Nikki Bella vs Carmella was decent, but nothing special. ★★
It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good, either. Nikki did some cool stuff, like that Enzuigiri off the barricade outside and she won, which was a little surprising to me. But anyways, Natalya attacked Nikki at Survivor Series, eh? OMG, no way!

- The Miz vs Dolph Ziggler was very good. ★★★¾
Not exactly my favorite Miz/DZ match, but it was still pretty good. The Miz was great and Ziggler seemed to be off his game a bit. I was expecting him to bump his ass off, but he didn't. It's great that The Miz retained, though. Now, both guys can finally move on and I'm curious to see which way they'll go.

- Baron Corbin vs Kalisto was pretty darn good. ★★★½
Chairs matches tend to be lackluster, although I don't remember many, tbh. lol But, this one was so damn good and I enjoyed the hell out of it. It was a simple and well-told story of Corbin being the dominating force and Kalisto being the resilient babyface. This was probably Corbin's best singles bout to date and he was good here. Damn, that chair shot to the head followed by the End of Days on a pile of chairs was brutal.

- Alexa Bliss vs Becky Lynch was solid. ★★½
Oh, boy. The crowd sucked during this one, but they got their attention here and there. The match itself wasn't bad, but I just couldn't get into it and I like both ladies. Even though I wanted Becky to retain, I have no problem with Alexa winning. She's been great and I loved the "accidental" finish.

- AJ Styles vs Dean Ambrose was a great ME and MOTN. ★★★★¼
First and foremost, AJ Styles is incredible. Or would the appropriate word be PHENOMENAL? He is not phenomenal just for the insane amount of bumps he took, but also because he makes his opponents look great. DAMN, THAT SPRINGBOARD 450 SPLASH ON THE OUTSIDE WAS DOPE! I marked. As for the finish, I am not a huge fan, although I guess it makes sense in terms of the story they had been telling in this feud. Sure, Ellsworth's defeated Styles 3 times with Ambrose's help, so he turned on Ambrose and now he'll try to win the title on his own? Yeah, that's not happening. Anyways, looking forward to finding out what happens from here on out.
