The show opened with Becky announcing she was back. She criticized CHarlotte Flair for not beating Ronda Rousey down more than Becky would have. Flair came out and they both accused each other of copying Ric Flair and copying each other. The entire female locker room came out, first a heel group followed by a face group. Paige put them all, except Lynch and Flair in a battle royal with the winner to be added to the women's TLC match.

AJ gave a promo explaining how he couldn't be medically cleared for Survivor Series because of the fight with Daniel Bryan. He then made the point that Bryan was not in the arena tonight and that for his entire 371 Championship reign, AJ didn't miss a day of work.

The match never began as Nakamura knocked Rusev out before the match.
