Opening

After talking up Smackdown, Shane designated Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens as the only ones he is not proud of.. making them come to the ring. They bickered with Shane before Shane told them he had two words for them. They assumed they meant "You're fired." Shane seemed like he was about to fire them when Daniel Bryan came to the ring to stop it. He put them in a match with the New Day in a lumberjack match.

Hype Bros vs Bludgeon Brothers

Bludgeon brothers won by pin fall

Aj Styles

AJ gave a promo and gave Jinder Mahal a free title shot. On the Titan Tron, Mahal said he would only go for the belt at Clash of Champions. The Singh Bros attacked AJ but he took them both out.

Smackdown Women's Championship: Champion Charlotte Flair vs Natalya

Natalya won by DQ when Liv Morgan, Ruby Riot and Sarah Logan attacked her.

Lumberjack Match: Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn vs the New Day

Owens and Zayn won by pin fall.

Okay... lets see what happening on "The Becky & Charlotte" Show this week...

~ Blah, Blah, Blah...I don't really care about this Owens/McMahon feud...I'd
much rather see Owens & Zayn feud with actual wrestlers.

I do like lumberjack matches...so I'll give SmackDown that.

~ I'm actually hoping the Usos keep the tag belts for a while...they are in
career best form.



~ RUBY RIOT IS ON THE BLUE BRAND!!! And so is Liv Morgan and Crazy Mary
Dobson...I mean Sarah Logan!

And its another introduction beat down!!! EXCITEMENT LEVEL AT MAX!!!

But hey ladies...don't be too rough with Becky...Jesus...watch the door!

~ And finally Harper & Rowan are back on TV and they have a win. I'm still not calling
them the Bludgeon Brothers though.

~ I'd like to see 2Pawz pin Alexa Bitch as well Nattie.

~ The wrestling world just seem so much better with A.J as World Champion! And
I'm sure the Clash of Champions match with Jinder will be great. I just hope
A.J is still champion afterwards.

~ Okay...so I'm guessing the Starrcade match will be the final chapter in this
Charlotte/Natalya feud...and I'm of course stoked to see Ruby, Liv & Sarah on
the blue brand...BUT...you three just crossed the line by attacking the Queen!



Also...does anyone else find it strange that Carmella & Liv Morgan are on the same
brand?

~ Okay...I'm glad Owens & Zayn had another win...but...this entire feud with
management isn't really working for me personally.

And I'm done...

Seriously though...it is awesome to see Ruby, Liv & Sarah on the main roster...
and in 2 days the WWE has given the entire women's division a much needed shot
in the arm.

Yay!

So they are keeping Jinder in the title scene. This is kind of interesting. AJ will I am sure, put on a solid match. He better win. :tough:

So did they just copy and paste the same women's storyline from Raw onto SD with the 3 new ladies or...

I did read that the 5 debuting NXT ladies COULD all be "working" for Paige
in some kind of NXT invasion story line...which MAY lead to the first ever
women's Royal Rumble...but that was just a fan theory.

I'm guessing it will all become clearer in the coming weeks.

I'm just happy their are so me new ladies on both shows...and it is also
possible that Peyton Royce maybe in line for an NXT title run seeing as
she wasn't "called up" this time around.

• I actually thought we're gonna get Styles vs Jinder last night because it'd be a bit more unpredictable, given that they could have played off of Styles being injured from his match against Brock. But I guess they didn't wanna have 2 title matches on 1 Smackdown. As long as it ends with Styles going over, it's all good. They're doing everything right with him now.
• These new women that are coming in are cool and all but if we're gonna have 2 Shield-like groups on 2 separate shows, I don't know how they're gonna keep each one of them fresh every week. They could all be under 1 unit but then again, you still have to book both factions in matches every week or so. It just seems like a big task for WWE to make both stand out in their own way and not just let them do the same thing over and over again. I guess we'll see.
• the Bludgeon Bros did well, I can get behind that. They're basically like they were before but with more red in their attire, which is ideal because the Wyatt stuff got them over in the first place
• yo we're getting Owens vs Orton next week? I hope they call each other fat and boring throughout the entire thing like on Twitter

Also, can I just talk about how Shane said that it didn't matter that they lost, he still thinks that Smackdown is THE show? Wasn't that the whole point of Survivor Series, to have the winner go "we're THE show" and the loser to go "fuck I guess we're not"? He could have just said "we'll brush this loss off and come back stronger than ever" without devaluing the entirety of the Raw vs Smackdown gimmick

Well...they basically have/had the same gimmick & dress very similar...

Carmella and Liv Morgan have also noticed they have similar gimmicks

The "problem" could have been avoided if Liv was called up to RAW
and say Mandy was on SmackDown...but I can understand why they
would want Mandy on RAW.
