Opening

The show opened with a segment showing Becky Lynch showing up. She went to the ring and trashed others in the locker room for trying to act badass because it was how she broke through. She also trashed Asuka a little bit, forcing Asuka to come to the ring. The two bickered a bit before the Iconnics came out. They basically claim they're going to win the Royal Rumble and go on to Wrestlemania. Becky challenges one of them.

AJ Styles

AJ is at the concession stand and commenting that despite what Daniel Bryan thinks, the WWE fans are happy. He tells Bryan he will kick his ass at the Royal Rumble. Bryan appears, he was wearing a hood, and the two brawl.

Samoa Joe vs Mustafa Ali

Joe attacks Ali before the match, thus it never became official

Rey Mysterio vs Andrade

Andrade won by pin

The Miz vs Sheamus

A pretty decent show that could have done without the fluff of the whole dorky birthday thing. But other than that, it was pretty okay

4/10 Almas and Rey was good. Miz and Shane is still my favorite story on Smackdown

I find it hilarious how all these thirsty teens in comment sections are screeching about Mandy Rose and Alexa Bliss in their "revealing" segments, even though both of them show less skin in those than in their actual in-ring attires lol. It also exposes that most of these attitude era and TV-14 comments/demands just stem from kids who haven't discovered porn yet

Really liked all of the matches but more specifically Andrade vs Rey and Mustafa vs Joe. Very decent Smackdown compared to what they were doing a month ago.
