I gave the show a three. You know, this weekend, I watched a half hour local indy wrestling show on TV. That show was leaps and bounds more entertaining than Raw has been. It's sad how bad this company keeps declining and dragging down wrestling with them.

Watched the show. Didn't think it was that bad at all.

So it turned out that the great Paul and Brock performances from the last two weeks were just part of an ambush. That's dumb af. That means that one of the exciting elements for the match this Sunday is gone. This week's Raw has legit made the Brock Vs Roman match less interesting. There's is no chance that Heyman's turns on Brock to side with someone else. If he does then that's lazy booking. Roman Reigns no longer has a hard moral desison to make. If the segment ended with Roman ripping up the paper Paul gave to him, then this segment and build to Brock Vs Roman would of been perfect. For some reason, we got a ambush that meant the last two weeks of story meaningless.

That segment made the main event of summer slam less interesting. Tut tut

JUST GET TO THE ARM SNAPPING ALREADY!!!

Corbin put Balor in a handicap match and then Kurt Angle changed it to a tag match,
Since when does Baron Foreskin have the "Power" to do that?

Bobby Roode, Apollo Crews and Titus O'Neil vs The Authors of Pain and Mojo Rawley

Titus Worldwide and Bobby Roode won by pin fall
Is it me or are the Authors of Pain being "jobbed" out constantly
on the main roster?

Ruby Riott vs Sasha Banks

Ruby won by pin fall
Ugh...

God I hate these kind of matches...because both women
needed the win...but its no surprise to see Sasha lose again.

Does anyone else remember when Sasha & Bayley were
winners?

Once Ronda DESTROYS Alexa can Ruby Riott be her
first opponent?

That would be a great way to see how far Ronda has really come
as a wrestler...instead of wrestling Vince's daughter & Divas who
can't wrestle.

Gave it a 3/10 myself....

Average show at best which, quite frankly, is unacceptable when we talking about the go home show for one of the Big 4 PPV's but, then again, what else is new these days:

- I'm certainly excited to see Dean Ambrose finally return but I feel this was a wasted moment they should have saved for Summerslam. Aside from that, I definetely dig the new look. Really badass look, if you ask me, with somewhat of a "heelish" aspect about it, which makes me think we might be in for an interesting twist in the nearby future. Heel Ambrose sounds interesting to me...

- Roman Reigns promo was pretty much more of the same garbage they keep feeding him to say but when Heymann came out, there was a moment where things were starting to look interesting. If this segment ended with Roman just taking the piece of paper handed to him and Heymann simply walking away, I feel this would have been a brilliant cliffhanger for Summerslam that would spike everyone's interest but...noooo.....this is WWE and "interesting" apparently is a word that does not exist in their dictionary. So, of course they turned it into a generic ambush we've seen a million times already.....

- Having Renee Young on commentary I feel was quite refreshing. Granted, she didn't have a perfect night but, again, very refreshing and I wouldn't mind if they send the Coach on some other assignment next week....and/or the week after....

- Tiny detail but usually when legendary or well known wrestlers pass away, we usually get the "in loving memory" graphic at the start of the show, something they neglected to do last night for Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart....Idk, found it quite odd...

- Speaking of, really sad news. The Hart Foundation was by far my favorite tag team growing up and I especially remember the epic feud with Demolition. Ah, the good old days....May he rest in peace...
