How did you feel about tonight's show on a scale of 1-10?

Long Results of Tonight's show below:

WWE Monday Night RAW Results
March 2, 2015
Newark, New Jersey

We go live to Newark. Seth Rollins is out first with J&J Security.

Footage of Rollins crashing "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" last week is shown.

Back live, Rollins has a mic in hand. He said he just received word that New Jersey's own Jon Stewart is on his way to Monday Night RAW tonight. Rollins said unless Stewart wants to get down on his knees and beg for forgiveness, he might as well not show up. He said this isn't some Jerry Lawler/Andy Kaufman situation. Rollins said tonight he is going to prove that he can do Stewart's job better because he is the future of WWE. He raises his "Money in the Bank" briefcase and said he is hand picked shining jewel of The Authority. Rollins said unlike "The Daily Show" where they give away tickets for free, everyone in attendance tonight paid to see Seth Rollins. Roman Reigns' music hits to interrupt Rollins.

Reigns enters the ring smiling with a mic in hand. He tells Rollins not to stop as he wanted to come out live and hear everyone tell Rollins that he sucks live. "Please, continue," said Reigns. Rollins said he is worth more than Michael Jordan because he can outwork everybody. He said he can out talk Jon Stewart, out rap Wiz Khalifa, out eat Mark Henry (don't let his abs fool you) and he can even out wrestle Reigns. "I am going to be the next WWE World Heavyweight Champion," said Rollins in the face of Reigns. He predicts Reigns is about to say the same. Rollins tells Reigns he can't beat Brock Lesnar. He feels like he can beat Brock Lesnar and can beat Reigns. Reigns reminds how Rollins couldn't get the job done at the Royal Rumble. He wants to give Rollins an opportunity and has only one question, "Are you man enough to cash in that contract and beat me and Brock Lesnar in a triple threat match in the main event of WrestleMania? Can you do that?" Rollins said he could do that or he could wait until Reigns and Lesnar tear each other to pieces. Then maybe he could cash in on whoever is left standing. "Or maybe I could wait until the night after WrestleMania when the entire world will be watching Monday Night RAW," adds Rollins. Reigns said maybe he could just push Rollins in his mouth. Reigns with a punch to Rollins. Reigns with a Superman punch on Noble and spear on Mercury. An upset Rollins walks up the ramp.

Nikki Bella defends the WWE Divas Championship against Paige in a rematch from the Fastlane PPV last tonight. Dean Ambrose vs. Bad News Barrett is up next.

-Commercial Break-

Backstage, Seth Rollins is yelling at J&J Security. Randy Orton walks up and says, "Wow Seth, that was...that was embarrassing." Orton said he believes in Rollins and thinks he should demand a match one-on-one with Roman Reigns tonight. He said that way Rollins can prove he can not only out talk Jon Stewart, but out wrestle Reigns. Rollins said he can out wrestle anyone on the WWE roster and said he will handle this on his own.

Backstage, we see a big group of WWE stars around The Miz and Damien Mizdow. He brought everyone together to see the world premiere of his new commercial. Mizdown is trying to warn him. Miz said he doesn't need to screen it because he lived it. It turns out to be a mock Viagra commercial called Niagra insulting Miz. Back live, Miz freaks out. Miz accuses Mizdow of setting him up and slaps him. Mizdow gets in his face and calls himself down when Miz threatens no more WWE. Mizdow apologizes.

-Commercial Break-

Back live, Bray Wyatt is on his way out to the stage. He walks by a wooden casket. He said that wicked feeling is once again back in the air. Wyatt wonders if The Undertaker is still capable or if the "hands of time have finally ripped him apart. Come on Undertaker! Come out, come out wherever you are. WrestleMania approaches," said Wyatt. He said he built this wooden casket just for The Undertaker. Wyatt said everything comes at a price and takes out a gas container. He talks about always having a fascination with fire, that it has no feelings and that it has an urge to destroy everything in its path. "Just like me." Wyatt covers the wooden casket in gas and tosses the container aside. He said he would walk through the fires of hell to see the face of The Undertaker. "No one can hide from me." Wyatt sets the casket on fire and screams, "Find me! Find me!"

After the match, Natalya aruges with Tyson Kidd and Cesaro. She screams that her ankle was hurt. Kidd hugs Natalya. Cesaro grabs the tag titles.

Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins will be our main event later tonight.

John Cena is up next talking about his plans for WrestleMania 31.

-Commercial Break-

John Cena walks out to a very mixed reaction in New Jersey. Footage from RAW last week is shown where Cena challenged Rusev to a match at WrestleMania 31 for the WWE United States Championship and Rusev declined.

Back live, Cena points out an "audience divided" tonight. Cena said this is one of those rare occasions where those not in his corner are having a wonderful time. He talks about losing to Rusev at Fastlane and Rusev turning down a rematch. "Those who aren't in my corner I have news for ya...don't stay this happy for too long." Cena said as much as he'd like to hand Rusev his first loss at WrestleMania, if it isn't meant to be then he isn't going to whine or compain. "I'm going to adapt and overcome," said Cena. He said Rusev is a marked man and sooner or later he will get his hands on him. Cena said his focus continues to be on WrestleMania. He enters himself into the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal. Cena said he wants to make a giant statement to honor one of the WWE's greatest giants.

Stephanie McMahon's music hits interrupting Cena. Stephanie asks when he thinks WWE stars declare themselves into matches at WrestleMania. Cena said a lot of people have done it already including The Miz and Fandango. She talks about Cena disparaging the name of Andre the Giant and how she takes it personally showing a photo of her with Andre as a little girl. Stephanie denies his entry into the Battle Royal at WrestleMania. Cena said the thing he liked the most about that photo, he could tell she wasn't the bitch she is today. Stephanie said you can call her names, but she still has the final say. Cena points out he's been in 10 WrestleMania's and he figured that would qualify him for the match. Stephanie said he figured wrong. "You haven't exactly been a friend to The Authority," said Stephanie. She said he couldn't get the job done against Rusev and maybe it was time for them to find someone who really can. Cena tells her to stop the crap and said the day you leave him out of WrestleMania...Stephanie interrupts and says what? She talks about people like Hulk Hogan and Bret Hart leaving WWE and WWE still thriving. Stephanie thinks the people want Cena to sit this one out. The crowd is split in New Jersey including a "YES!" chant. Stephanie said for once she likes that chant. "You aren't special. You aren't unique. It's not where WWE would be without John Cena it's where would John Cena be without WWE," added Stephanie.

Curtis Axel walks out with his [HASHTAG]#AxelMania[/HASHTAG] shirt. "Don't the change the channel because AxelMania is running wild," yells Axel. He reminds everyone he has yet to be eliminated from the Royal Rumble match and offers his services to fight Rusev for the WWE United States Championship. He brings up how he is already in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, but two victories are better than one. The crowd in New Jersey starts a "AXELMANIA" chant. Stephanie talks about the Ax-man's star on the rise. She suggests Cena face Curtis Axel right now. Axel slides in the ring. Stephanie said the only way Cena competes against Rusev at WrestleMania is if you can change his mind to make the match.

Axel has a question for Cena. "Whatcha gonna do...when AxelMania runs wild on you!?" Axel rips his shirt. Cena grabs the mic and gives Axel once chance to walk out of the ring. He said if this match starts, Axel will not walk out of this ring.

-Commercial Break-

John Cena vs. Curtis Axel

We are back live and Axel is leading an "AXELMANIA" chant. Axel cups the ear to the audience. Axel starts posing like Hulk Hogan. Cena with a big clothesline dropping Axel. Cena with a right hand that drops Axel. Cena with an AA and locks on the STF. Axel taps.

Winner: John Cena

After the match, Rusev and Lana walk out. Lana congratulates John Cena on his win. Rusev grabs the mic and said his answer about facing Cena at WrestleMania is...the crowd starts a loud "USA" chant. He calls them ignorant Americans and that it is his decision. Rusev said his decision remains no. The Russian flag drops over the ring near Cena.

We hear from Michael Hayes and Arn Anderson about Sting.

-Commercial Break-

Triple H's music hits and he makes his way out to the ring. We see shots of Sting and Triple H from Fastlane. Back live, Triple H said he looked Vince McMahon in the eye back in 1995 that he just wanted an opportunity. He said 20 years later, he thinks he made the most of that opportunity and he talks about giving Sting an opportunity to allow his legacy to be immortalized through DVDs, merchandise and the WWE Network. Triple H talks about how Sting turned that all down to have a match on the biggest stage of them all. He said Sting chose to do it with the wrong guy. Triple H said Sting will step into the ring with the King of Kings at WrestleMania and he will make sure as if Sting's career never existed. He talks about how people wondered why Sting never came to WWE. Triple H said he's sure JBL has a theory and even Booker T who spent time in WCW with Sting.

Triple H invites Booker T, the five-time WCW Champion and Hall of Famer, to join him inside the ring. Booker T grabs a mic and shakes hands with Triple H. Triple H said he heard Booker T say earlier that Triple H helped make sure Sting never did come to WWE. Booker T says he knows Sting and he knows Triple H. "If I was in your position, I probably would have blocked Sting from coming to the WWE too," said Booker T. Triple H said that is a lot of what he hears from the "little kids banging away on keyboards on the internet." Booker said Sting was the last man standing WCW. "Best for business or not, you can't control Sting. Nobody can. Ric Flair couldn't control Sting. Hulk Hogan couldn't control Sting. The nWo could not control Sting. Hell, Eric Bischoff could not control Sting," added Booker T. He said Sting is now here and Triple H has to deal with him at WrestleMania. Triple H thinks Sting didn't want to come here. He said control is a funny thing when you have it. "When you don't have any control over your fate, it is a scary thing." Triple H thanks Booker and then tells Booker he is fired.

Booker T has a shocked look on his face. Triple H stares down Booker. Booker T exits the ring, grabs his things at ringside and leaves. Triple H tells Booker to stop. "Hey, just messing with ya man. I ain't firing ya. You are great at what you do and I want you on that commentary team," said Triple H. He said that was just an example of what control is and who has the control in this situation. "Control...ultimate control. I have been handed an opportunity on a silver platter. I have been handed an opportunity to end a legacy, to end an icon," added Triple H. He promises to take advantage of that opportunity and promises to put an end to Sting at WrestleMania. Triple H exits the ring, apologizes to Booker, slaps him on the arm and Booker T returns to the commentary area with Michael Cole and JBL.

"The Daily Show with Seth Rollins"

We go live to the ring where a desk is setup. Seth Rollins introduces himself as the host with J&J Security behind him. He calls Newark the armpit of America. Rollins introduces video where he crashed "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" last week.

Back live, Rollins said he verbally dominated Jon Stewart that night and he is proving tonight that he can do Stewart's job better. The first topic: Where is Jon Stewart? He said the audience has been dead silent just the way it was when he hosted the Oscars. Rollins said Stewart obviously isn't showing up tonight...just like how America didn't show up to the movie he directed. He said Stewart wants to retire on his own terms and that he would personally see to that retirement because you can't host "The Daily Show" with your jaw wired shut. "The Daily Show" theme plays and out walks Jon Stewart.

Stewart awkwardly enters the ring through the ropes and grabs a mic yelling, "New Jersey!" Stewart said Rollins didn't earn hosting "The Daily Show" tonight. He said all Rollins is doing tonight is that he can barely read. Rollins asks if Stewart wants to make a fool out of him. Stewart said he can't make a fool of a guy dressed like a SWAT team leader that looks like Lady Gag

a. He talks about being from New Jersey and how people in Jersey great each other with a curb stomp. "I'm old school. I remember the wrestlers that earned it. Bruno Sammartino. Gorilla Monsoon. Heyman said Lesnar will be the WWE World Heavyweight Champion as long as he pleases. His mic cuts and Heyman adds, "Obviously our sound guy is from New Jersey." Haven't watched the whole show, I'll do that tomorrow. Only managed to catch the divas match which was meh (but the storytelling was important here and on the entire show from what I've gathered), Heyman's promo was gold, the daily show with Rollins/Stewart and Bryan/Harper which were good segments and Reigns/Rollins which was dope, purely because of the post-match segment.

I am giving it a 6. I think the show may have seemed better because the live chat was so lively, but I had a good time watching it and that is all that mattered. My usual breakdown:

I liked:

Opening with Seth and Reigns was good. I don't like them egging Rollins into a triple threat, though. However, maybe it's not a bad thing. We had one of the best triple threats of all time with Rollins, Lesnar and Cena at the Rumble... having Rollins and Lesnarr with Reigns might be as good.

Ambrose vs Barrett was okay, but they should let Barrett have his title. I liked Harper behind JBL

The segment with Miz and Mizdow with the commercial was priceless. It was nice to see Mizdow finally get pissed.

Steph totally laying into John Cena was awesome in so many ways. I loved her ripping him a new one.

HHH's promo was great but I was hoping that Booker would kick his ass

Daniel Bryan vs Luke Harper was ok

The Daily show segment was weak, but Jon Stewart low blowing Rollins was wonderful.

PAUL HEYMAN WAS LEGENDARY!

Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns was not bad. The spear to Rollins after jumping off the top rope was awesome. I do NOT want Rollins to add himself to the main event though. Cash in after!

I didnt like:

The 6 person tag was a waste of time.

Axel getting beat fast by Cena was a waste of time. They played it off as Cena being aggressive again, but it was just the same Cena crap we've been getting for 10 years.

Eh:

The Divas match was pretty boring but seeing AJ back was nice. It was also good to have an actual Divas match that was longer than a minute and a half.

RAW was decent.. Good promos on the show, not many great matches. All 4 divas were boring as usual, i'm really digging this Rollins/Orton storyline going on and the IC Title feud is pretty good as well.

I gave it a 5/10... I really expect more from the build-up to WM31, other than verbally stating a dozen times that it's the build-up to Wrestlemania they really haven't done good job at visually building it up.

The Good
Miz/Mizdow segment was good.
The Jon Stewart portion of the Daily Show segment was good.
The spear at the end of RAW was good.
Cena being owned by Steph.
Wyatt promo.
I marked for AJ, but I'm a sucker for her every time.
They gave the divas more than 5 minutes.

The Bad
Usos vs Kidd/Cesaro did nothing to further the feud, meaningless match.
Paige vs Nikki Bella was just a reason for AJ's return, nothing more, even though it was supposed to be a championship match.
HHH's segment.. I just didn't get the point of it.

The Ugly
The switching/stealing of the IC title belt from person to person is dumb.
Opening segment with Rollins/Reigns wasn't necessary... the same thing could have been done during the Daily Show segment.
Axel being squashed by Cena.

I really love this episode of RAW and I rate it 10/10 . Only things that I didn't like was Divas match (of course I like that return of Aj Lee) and I didn't like Curtis vs Cena . There was some funny moments at this episode, specially that commercial including Miz and Damien .

Very surprising that someone thought this highly of a build up to WM show that was VERY lackluster in my opinion as well as the general public.. I'm pretty sure I haven't seen anywhere above a 6 for this one other here.

Well, actually I haven't seen as interesting Raw show as this for a long time (remember it's my opinion) so that's why I've rated it so high .

It was decent. 6/10

Positives
John Stewart Vs Rollins
Axel's promo
The Miz and Mizdow's commercial
Steph calling out Cena
Bryan Vs Harper
Paul Heyman

Negatives
IC switcheroo
Wyatt promo (mostly because idgaf about him vs taker)
Not enough Ambrose or Ziggler

something else

HHH Vs Booker T wasn't amazing
Divas match- probably one of the longest Divas match on Raw in like two years (at least) but since it was only to facilitate AJ's return- meh.

5/10. Felt average and didn't really get me to want to watch next weeks Raw. Moment of the night for me was between the Cena/Steph moment and the Niagra moment :haha:
