Sorry this is a little late guys! I actually had thought it would be a simple recap with no matches.

Spoiler: NXT Results

Kairi Sane vs Lacey Evans

Kairi Sane won by pin fall

Backstage Match recaps followed by short interviews each

The Undisputed Era is backstage and when Roderick Strong is questioned why he joined up, the team leaves without giving an answer.

The Authors of Pain would not answer questions about Paul Ellering, instead wanting to talk about their match. Paul showed up and told them he made them and they claimed his chapter was over.

Shayna Baszler said that she knows who supported her and who didn't both before and after her title win. She said, like Ronda Rousey, she was just there to take care of business.

When asked, Ember Moon didn't seem to mind she didn't get a NXT Women's Championship rematch, but felt bad she left the NXT Women's Roster with a monster like Baszler.

Heavy Machinery vs. Tino Sabbatelli and Riddick Moss

The War Raiders debuted and attacked both teams, ending in a No Contest

The majority was recaps which kept me from caring much about the two matches so I gave it a 5 just because it didn't bug me. None of the short interviews offered anything interesting.

 

[Jay-Ashley]

Kairi Sane vs Lacey Evans: A decent match. I am glad Sane won.

The Interviews: They were okay, I didn't watch Baszler's, but the others were okay.

Heavy Machinery vs. Tino Sabbatelli and Riddick Moss: Before War Ma...War Raiders interfered it was okay.

Overall, I give it 5/10.

I have to admit...these TakeOver Fallout shows are always
a mixed bag...& I'll just throw up some random comments.

~ I'm guessing Kairi Sane will be Shayna Baszler first title feud...
and there is a lot of history there. I think Kairi looks better with
darker hair.

Random hair opinion.

I think Lacey Evans has a great look...but her wrestling skills
don't really impress me.

~ I'm pretty sure Roddy joined the Undisputed Era because he
wanted to be a winner for once.

~ I have a gut feeling that the Authors of Pain are going to struggle
on the main roster without Paul Ellering as their mouthpiece.

~ I'm still kind of shocked that Shayna Baszler won the belt...but
I hope she's booked as a dominant, nasty champion. Does she
remind anyone else of Samoa Joe or is it just me?

~ Poor Ember Moon...the creative/booking team really dropped
the ball with her. First they made her too normal & had her talk
too much, then they had her win the NXT women's title without
defeating Asuka for it...and then they had Shayna Baszler kick
the piss out of for a couple of months leading her to dropping
the title & "running off to hide" on the main roster leaving the
other women she was trying to stand up for high & dry.

All I can say is...Lame.

~ A random tag match with War Machine...I mean the War Raiders
making their debut. Has anyone else noticed the pattern of "large"
bearded guys tag teams in the WWE yet?

5 out of 10...

I'm sure next week will be better.

I appreciated the recaps because I didn't watch TakeOver but the matches themselves were meh tbh. Both the women's and the tag match felt like fillers between highlights and not the other way around.

Pretty meh NXT but really wasn't expecting much from a fallout show anyway.
