OMG! Like this show was fantastic like for someone like me who doesn't really catch NJPW enough to know much on it; like I've seen glimpses i just never seen a full event and i tuned in (with the premiere of captain america civil war by the way 'he's my friend', 'so was i') and i was just changing back and fourth and i was totally impressed as a fan who never really watched a full show before and it was so cool; the young bucks vs evil and the other guy it was just great. The event really brought me back into the feeling of great wrestling where wwe fails to engage with NJPW delivered of course i was lost on so many of the internationals but hey Bushi was awesome; Okada was cool; Naito was dope; dragon kid i think his name was....OH and The Tama Dude was awesome; felt like a kid in a candy store it was fantastic loved it. Watching now:

So far: King Haku grabbing Gedo's beard, funny, and knowing what happens later in the show, the ending of this match gave a good hint for it.

And also:

YANO, I'LL BE A SON OF A BITCH!!!

Two matches down, more to go

Fucking solid show.

I'm giving that a 10/10

Every match I got some enjoyment out of, with the last half of the show really picking up. The crowd was hot for Chaos vs LIJ, with Naito and Okada getting ovations with the simplest of actions. Then the Jr title match was exactly what you'd expect with Hiromu Takahashi, and Dragon Lee, as someone new to him, was impressed. Jay White drew a lot of heat and the crowd was hot which did add a lot to the match. Plus the cast was used as a nice piece to add to the story with the potential of Juice getting DQ'ed. I still can't believe this is guy was CJ Parker in NXT. Both guys are great future foreign stars for New Japan. Jay's time with the US belt hopefully has helped him get more seasoned and maybe a strong G1 will make him shine more. Juice is a perfect babyface, and he seems to have a blast in the ring.

Then the main event, while not "five stars," it was brutal, enjoyable, had a good story, and while the actual finish didn't make me go "OMGeee," the Firing Squad was a very nice touch and really freshens up the Bullet Club Civil war and represents the two faces of the faction. One is its foundation as total heels who drew more heat than anyone. Then there is the "superstars" that have made Bullet Club the most profitable group in the world and make them loved. Adding questions of who will side with who, with Yujiro Takahashi and Chase being more used to the Bullet Club OGs, but also they received a beat-down from them. Then there is Bad Luck Fale who wasn't even there and is really close to the G.O.D. If this is an official faction split, then it is the NWO split in modern-day done right with the storyline being long, and hopefully, both stables developing their own identities.

I've been watching more and more especially since WK after getting the urge for a long time and frankly if I am ever not watching WWE because work or whatever, NJPW makes me love wrestling. If I miss a WWE PPV I feel like skipping but if I want to see a NJPW I always find a way to watch it even if it is a day late.

The show was amazing. So many wrestling shows end with a brawl in the ring. Just seeing Haku and the boys taking out everyone was so great. I don't think Haku took a single punch then. Sort of a let down since the man is the baddest man in the history of wrestling.

This show to me shows why NJPW is proving to be better than WWE. The show is a solid 10/10 and had everything you wanted in a show. It had drama, good storytelling, great wrestling, and much more things that WWE is missing and tries to copy in a matter of speaking. Cody and Kenny reuniting was great and got to me because I figured Cody would join the Tongas since their father is a famous wrestler and Cody has one as well, you know, but no he decided against it. It was nWo splitting done right and to the point it made sense. Ishii and Suzuki is a feud I didn't know I wanted until I saw these two go at it, and man I hope NJPW continues this feud. The Bucks vs LIJ was a great example of what a tag team match is meant to be. Even though Hiromu was injured in his match against Dragon Lee was great and told a great story as well. Juice winning made me legit happy, I was a fan of him in NXT, and now I love seeing do what he is doing now. Again, I know it always seems like I ride of NJPW way too hard, but I am sorry this show had everything I wanted and like I said before I gave it a 10/10
