I don't know of any sights that give beats away but if your willing to make them your self i know of a few program's.. Fruity Loop's Studio's, Acid Pro, Cakewalk.. i know of a few others just cant think

It's Rap because its the beat. It's the song, but instead he is going to try and I mean really try to freestyle over the beat. Or he may have something written.
