Ok, so basically, what I want peopel to do is rank all the years of the 2000's, from best to worst, starting with (obviously) 2000, and up til 2008. Don't include 2009, because it's not over yet. You don't have to give reasons, but it makes it better if you do.

For me...

1-2003: This was my favorite year.
Both brands were great, and it was basically the best year in terms of rosters. Evolution was in full swing, we had Rock vs Austin, Lesnar was dominant, we had Goldberg's debut, Triple H was in his prime as a heel, Cena as an up and comer, Taker in some good feuds, SD was strong with the likes on Angle, Eddie Guerrero, Jericho, Lesnar, Rey Mysterio, Cena etc. Basically, both brands had kickass rosters, and we had some great storylines. I loved everything about that year. Not to mention,t he fact that Rock left in the middle of the year, and Austin was on again off again (but done as a wrestler) really didn't dampen the year, and they made the product good despite the losses.
2-2002: Everything in this year built up to what would be a great 2003. Firs off, the InVasion stuff was over, so the brand extention was introduced, which was great. We also had a Rock vs Hogan mega showdown, HBK returning, Lesnar becoming a superstar, Evolution forming, the WHC being introduced, Bischoff being GM of Raw. It wasn't as good as 2003, but it built up to it.
3-2006: I really enjoyed 2006. It was chaotic, and had alot going on, but I thought it was done well. Edge became a huge star, ECW was brought back, and the storyline leading up to it was pretty good. We had the excitement of that, plus DX reuniting, and a great Edge vs Cena feud, this was a pretty succesful year.
4-2005: I was debating putting this even higher, but whatever. Great year. Cena and Batista came along at just the right time to "save" WWE, HHH had some good feuds, HBK vs McMahon owards the end of the year was a great angle, and the ECW invasion angle was awesome. The whole storyline leading up to ONS was awesome, and one of my favorites. Some quality stuff in that year.
5-2004: This was a tough year, but it was made enjoyable. WWE lost Goldberg and Lesnar after Mania, and Rock left for good after WM, as well as Austin. But the Evolution stuff, and Cena's rise, as well as guys like Angle and Guerrero, made it decent.
6-2008:
7-2000: Meh. Some good stuff, some bad.
8-2001: Too chaotic, and not executed well. The Invasion was a good concept, but wasn't pulled off well enough, not to mention it was a huge cluesterfuck.
9-2007: Least enjoyable year. It was just lackluster. No dominating storyline, and a ton of key injuries. The main event scene was a joke for a while, and it was just weird.

Seen so little pre-2007 Raw/SD etc, so based on PPVs and an, at times, rather sketchy memory....

2002 - HHH returns from injury as a demi-god, a relentless flow of big-time match ups + the in-ring return of HBK!!!!
2003 - Similar to above except for Scott Steiner replacing the DX-factor and stinking up the title scene in the early part of the year.
2001 - The PPVs were good even if the Invasion storyline was lame.
2008 - High highs & low lows, but some great longterm storylines thanks Taker/Edge, HBK/Jericho & the beginings of HBK/JBL.
2004 - Some real weak stuff going on as the E struggle to find new stars - Saved by the awesomness of Eddie & JBLs WWE Championship reigns and Benoit vs Orton..
2005 - As above sans the highlights.... Thank god for that WM undercard!!!
2000 - I wanted this to be higher because of HHH v Rock Iron Man match (and the rest of their fued) but elsewhere it's still plagued by a lot of typical Attitude era crap.
2007 - Cena's no selling screws up the WM ME having already had to replace HHH with HBK, Khali's title reign, too much mic time for Batista and no pay-off to the Cena/Orton fued.

....2006 (Not seen any yet so can't comment.)

Still none reach the plateau of awesomeness that were the highs of 1992! ;o]
