-WWE star Randy Orton wrote on Twitter that his punt kick has been banned due to "concussional awareness."

So, they'll going to have to find new ways to write characters off TV (good), they realize that nowadays with all the research going on, concussion storylines are disastrous PR (very good) and they don't think going out there and kayfabe-injuring people will make him a bigger star (very very good). But the Punt was a big part of the Orton character and something that I personally enjoyed when used correctly.

This. It's is SO MUCH easier performing/selling the orton punt than the brogue kick because he comes out of no where and you have to have 10x more control of the situation which is very difficult.
