Possibly the finest sport ever invented....
*Anyone can play - no matter how poor; all you need is something to kick around and upbringing plays very little part in the development of ability.
*You don't have to be amazing to participate, yet ataining perfection is a million miles away.
*Aside maybe from the horribly insular world of US sports, globally no other sport stirs up such levels of support, dedication, enthusiasm and so on from it's fans.
*Unlike many other sports, it IS indeed genuinely a spectators sport too.
