lol,its a city on the b/g i just found a good pikc of a city on photobucket and adjusted the color

1-ok, the brown brushing over the psd and around it is not good, i mean wasnt done in a good way. You better learn about blending the psd rather than adding soft brush of selective colors on top of it.

2-Having too bold border reduces the overall quality of the sig.
3-try to add some light or intensity towards the middle of the psd, just to make it stand out more.

thats all i got to say for you to fix.
