Toys R Us is officially closing all stores in April.
31,000+ people will be without jobs.
No word on what will happen to their online store yet.
R.I.P. Toys R Us... You will soon join Blockbuster in store heaven.

Closeout sales will be starting soon as well so keep an eye out on the online store as well as your local stores.
Everything will be marked down... This includes consoles and high end toys. Might be able to snag a Switch for half price.

Im surprised with such a big company they are, That they are closing. This is the first I heard anything of it.

They went bankrupt in September last year. They were not getting sales. Amazon and other big chains like Walmart online took their business.
It is a lot easier to buy toys online than take a screaming kid to a toy store. Either way, this is a game changer. They announced it in January and will be completely closed in April.

You know how in October those Halloween stores show up? December Toys R Us will probably be around again then yearly.

I have not heard anything about this, at all. And if this was the case, they would need to be open from October till December. Those are Christmas shopping months.
They can't compete with other places like Amazon, Walmart, etc anyways. They always charged more for their toys.
