Give this man the Intercontinental title. I loved his appearance on RAW last week. His gimmick and entrance is just awesome. Not to mention his in-ring style. JR always mentions that he is a former IC champion, but doesn't mention why he's now a legendary jobber. I can't really grasp the concept of a jobber. Why do we need them? Stevie Richards? He shouldn't even be wrestling. What credibility does it bring to the guy who defeats someone who loses day in and day out? None. At least if he won a match once in a while, it would bring some value to his opponents' win.
If I recall correctly, Val gets a pretty decent pop from the crowd. Maybe it's because his appearances are somewhat rare. Either way, he seems to connect with the crowd. And who wouldn't love a saucy pervert with jazzy porno music for his entrance? He knows how to wrestle a good match too. I say he deserves another Intercontinental run, or at least a move to Smackdown. They seem more economical with their talent.
