Woah there! :mad2:

We gotta copy cat! Stop coping Testify and seabs!

:stfu: and :gtfo:

Anyways, similar to Testify's recommendations thread and seabs wanna-be thread, I the wanna-be's of wanna-be's will post my favourite TNA matches of all time per week so you, "THE PEOPLE" have time to watch it.

I'm going to start off with one of the biggest feuds in TNA History, Kurt Angle Vs. Samoa Joe at Lockdown 2008.

One of the greatest matches in this companies history IMO, the shoot style fitted in well with boy their styles. I'd have preferred a Coquina Clutch finish but that's just me being awkward.

The build up was great too, the overwhelming backstage promos. Everything about this whole match was picture perfect. And finally Samoa Joe won the big one which in my opinion was a new age for TNA.

Edit: Changed era to age. Goddamit, work in 5 hours.
Going to sleep now.

It was a bit late to be a new era IMO, if it'd happened a year before then he'd have been the star IMO.

No, because around that time the started the MEM as well.
Again, imo because it was his first time winning the big one against Angle.

MEM started in 08 bro, I'm talking around 2007 they waited too long for him to win the world title IMO. He didn't have his momentum that he had before.

I meant when Joe won the championship here at Lockdown and MEM started.

Anyway, good rip-off thread! :pP

Just kidding, loving it.

The undefeated "Samoan Submission Machine" Samoa Joe facing off against the X-Division Champion, "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles! The chemistry and the crowd made the match. The story of Samoa Joe attack AJ's friend Christopher Daniels was a good touch as well.
(At this time, wasn't watching TNA)

Joe's aura was great there, watching now before UFC.

Anyway a little review because I can.

Joe's kicks were stiff as fuck and AJ's rag doll selling was great, the match was structured well I liked AJ dancing around the ring however AJ's expressions were horrible and at times his psychology was awful, the ending was dope as he choked him and the ref called an end to it. Also how great was that powerbomb by Joe?

3 1/2* IMO.

Christian Cage Vs. Kaz - Ladder Match - for a Contract against the World Heavyweight Championship.
This match happened a few months before I started watching TNA, but actually watched it last year. Such a great wrestling match between the two. Lots of great spots in the match and definitely one of my all time favourites.
