Does anyone have a link to a few good sites with PSD's and cutout archives for my sigs?

you dont save the picture, you download the PSD file. then you open it using photoshop...thats it.

I just go to psdprotocol and save the PSD in my PSD folder and then open it in PS and the drag it into the file. Its really not that hard. Im startin to get the jest of things :)
