Following a story.
During Wednesday’s*Afternoon Press Box, Darren and the boys*were joined by top UFC welterweight, Jon Fitch (23-3-1, 1 NC). Fitch is in Toronto for UFC 129 and talked about the scene up there right now. He also brought us up to date on his recovery from a shoulder injury that took him out of a July scheduled rematch with B.J. Penn.

Fitch discussed Jake Shields‘ entrance into the UFC welterweight division and him getting a title shot in only his second UFC fight. Fitch gave his thoughts on this weekend’s St-Pierre vs. Shields title fight, and also talked about his appearance on Myth Busters and what it was like punching his way through a coffin while inside it.

In addition to the interview with Fitch, the guys weighed in on the recently announced Rashad Evans vs. Phil Davis fight and previewed UFC 129, which will be the UFC’s biggest event in history. All this and much more! Just press play and listen to the audio below.
