That Gut Check guy really won me over with his life story last week (if only he had remembered his name).

I feel for the guy going for all he's going through, so I'll be pulling hard for him to botch his Gut Check tryout so he doesn't get a contract, so he'll continue to be featured on TV every week.

You do realize that the gut check guys dont win impact tv contracts? They get OVW contracts. Snow talked about it on the august 20 episode of TNA today.

Alex Silva and Taylor are over in OVW right now and Shaw is relocating there currently.

I know man, trying to stay in kayfabe. Ryan's probably signed to a TNA deal. This guy will probably join them down there.

Just for a short while apparently. Then his visa expired.

The gut check idea is cool since it gives them a chance to show off some OVW talent to judge how the crowd will react to them.
