Instead of putting your own rating on what you think the sig is like in the title, how about making the title what it is?
Anyway, I really don't see anything great here. A psd that doesn't really look blended or anything. A background which is almost a solid color and a square with lowered opacity with your name on it.
Read tutorials, blend, learn to make better choice of colors, download some good brushes, then we'll see what happens.

My advice to you is:
1- You dont have to post every tryout in the showroom. When you think that you made improvement after taking into considerations the feedback of your latest work, then post that for extra tips.
2- Posting too much work in short period of time is just a bad idea imo.
