I'm guessing some "unfinished business" storyline between him and Randy Orton.

That's the only route I see. Kane/Orton is definitely finished, so it's possible. I'm a little curious as to where Kane will go or if he will just job for a while.

Considering SD is so low on the facefront I have a hard time pinning him for a feud with anyone but Orton or Shaemus. And if Orton goes away to film to Marine 3 then that basically leaves Shaemus as a credible threat to Barret. Show will be stuck on the intercontinental scene and Dibiase and Gabriel doesn't have momentum enough sadly to feud with Barret.
