I'm interested in this. It's not easy to come in to the market with a brand new games console and brand and do well but Microsoft did just that. Especially with the 360 where they found their biggest success

I'll give it a watch. I was an xbox guy for both the original and 360.... until my third 360 followed the path of the first two and went all RROD on me. After that I gave up on Microsoft...

Yea I loved my 360 but the lifespan of that thing sucked

Hurts even more when you shell out extra for special edition ones (gears/halo/mw3)

Oh. I had a white original one too. Make that 4 RRODS.

It sucks because when one dies you can either sell all your games and lose a heap of money, or buy a new console. I guess that's an upside to buying games digitally nowadays. Weirdly enough I still have the Fable games and would happily shell out some more money to get ANOTHER 360 just to play through them again....hmm.....

I never had a Xbox RROD on me thankfully.

I own 7 now just because. You can pick them up fairly cheap. I found one at Goodwill for $9.99

Xbox 360 is still a great console even today. The library is fantastic, so many good games.
