Why was JBL on SD guys? Does anyone know? Nothing comes to my mind, since Cole was available from what I understand, they probably just wanted to make commentary there more interesting, and it worked. Cole and Mathews are a bland team, it was awesome to hear JBL in his characteristic position, as a color commentator on SD bullying the face announcer. I really hope we get him on SD more often. Thoughts?

Edit: Not really sure if the show has aired or not, so to avoid problems I put a spoiler warning on the title.

Because they wanted as much out of him as possible. He is starting his training camp for his next climb - mount death in South America - on Monday and he is set to climb in January so this might be the last we see off him for a while.
