Of course this year Wrestlemania will be held in Arizona at the new stadium where the cardinals play (forgot the name at the moment), and next years Wrestlemania will be held at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta. But what about Wrestlemania's 28 and beyond? I want to see where eveyone thinks future wrestlemania's should be held.

Here's some good places imo!

1. Madison Square Garden-New York City: Of course home to the first Wrestlemania and home to Mania's 10 and 20, the garden should be home to mania at least every 10 years. I know the crowd would be smaller then in recent places but with the history here of wrestling of everything, wwe should continue to do the every 10 year stint of mania here.

2. Dallas Cowboys Stadium- Arlington TX: Now this pains me to say because I'm not a Dallas Cowboys fan at all and I'm sick and tired of everyone saying on tv how glamourous this place is, but this place is holding a lot of big events like the SuperBowl next year, Pacquio vs. Clottey fight ( it was also tapped for the potential Pacquio- Maywheather Jr. superfight), and has just hosted the NBA All Star Game to the biggest crowd to see a basketball game ever. If you look at it with an open mind, imo Jerry's World would be a good place to see a mania one day and I wouldn't be surprised if this happened.

3. At&t Park- San Francisco: Now I know I'm biased on this one because this would be only an hour away from me and I've always wanted to see a Wrestlemania in my home area. But this park would be a nice setup for a future Wrestlemania. For one thing it would be outdoors so that would be cool and their would be a nice view of the Bay, The Bay Bridge, and all the way past Oakland and into the foothills that would be breathtaking in a clear enough day. And with the history of wrestling in the Bay Area especially at the Cow Palace, it would be a nice area for a least one mania.

4. Wrigley Field- Chicago: One of the most historic stadiums in our country. Home to baseball's beloved Chicago Cubs, this venue would provide a more neighborly feel to a mania because of people being able to watch from their bleachers set on top of their apartment buildings. Billy Goat's Tavern would be packed that week for sure (lol)!

5. BC Place- Vancouver BC: Hosted the Winter Olympic Opening and Closing Ceremonies it would be nice if a city other then Toronto hosted a Mania in Canada and this place would definitely be a contender in my opinion. Everybody also says what beautiful city Vancouver is so while their there for mania, tourists can check out Vancouver's many scenic destinations.

Tell me what you guys think!!!

I think the biggest venue they can get should be where they go every year. Just watching Wrestlemania and seeing all those hundreds of thousands of people is amazing.

Actually those two are really small. I think you covered the great arenas but I agree with Mike. They should hold it in the same spot every year. Seeing people from all over the world go to WM is incredible and I doubt that holding it at the same venue will hinder it's amount of attendents.

Exactly and holding shows in the same place every time is a bad idea. Just ask TNA.

One aspect of Wrestlemania is since so many people are in town for it it stimulates the host city's economy. Why should that perk be limited to just one place?

Like the stadiums you mentioned Matt but I disagree with you about holding at the same venue every year. Sure it wont hinder any attendance but what about fans who wanna see Wrestlemania in their hometown. It may be their only chance they get to see the biggest event in Wrestling and if they have to go to the same city every year just to see it then it might cost them to much. Not to mention it's the one event in wrestling that people come all over to see so seeing in different cities would gives fans a chance to see all the tourist spots in time and give cities a boost to their local economy. If they did do it in one city though maybe it would New York City at the new Yankee Stadium?

I think I'm going to be a huge homer but how about the new Consol Energy Center here in Pittsburgh?

The arena opens this summer/fall and looks to be an amazing venue for all Pittsburgh sports.

The city itself just hosted the G20 Summit a few months ago so I think it can contain Wrestlemania.

Other than that I'm sure there's going to be a heavy push for those international venues which I'm not a huge fan of due to the time zone difference and the problems that come with it like with UFC PPVs.

Cool!

Although I'd usually agree with you on the International venue, I think a one time deal for Wrestlemania in London's Wembley Stadium would be sweet. The UK has passionate wrestling fans and for them to get one Wrestlemania, imagine the hype that would go on in that country for it! It'd be off the chain.

I wish one day we can host the Wrestlemania. When the new stadium opens hopefully we can get some more high profile events here.

As cool as Mania in Wembley Stadium would be, it will never happen. It would have to air on tape delay here in America, and I can't imagine Vince letting the results of WWE's biggest show of the year get out before it airs.

Definitely True! I doubt we'll ever see a ppv like Summerslam 92 outside of North America again!

Another Possible place for Wrestlemania would be:

The Superdome- New Orleans: It's hosted many big events like the Final Four and the Superbowl, and although the city is still feeling the effects of Hurricane Katrina, people were going nutz on Bourbon Street when the Saints won the Superbowl earlier this year. Imagine Bourbon Street full of wrestling fans the night before mania LMAO! Oh and the Superdome has been tapped to host another Superbowl in the near future so big events are still coming their.

I am beginning to doubt that WM30 will be at MSG. After all these years of jam packing football fields, I doubt Vince would go back to MSG and lose out on all that money. If they won't go to MSG I would say at least keep it in NY for WM30, that would make sense.

WWE needs to stick their foot right into Cowboys Stadium. I would love to see that. The place is amazing. I doubt WWE could fill it though.

WWE in Wrigley Field made me seriously LOL HARD. I live in Chicago and this is one of the shittiest baseball stadiums I have ever seen. Sure, history is one thing, but looking past the history, you have everything else, and everything else is NOT a pretty sight.

Well Wrestlemania 28 is apparently in Toronoto. A few months back the Rogers Centre (home of WM 6 & 18) was closed up and only staff were in testing several systems and the logo that came up on the screen several staff members later reported was a Wrestlemania Logo with the year 2012 printed underneath.

This caused some digging by local wrestling news site Live Audio Wrestling and although they were not able to 100% confirm it sounds as if it may in fact be already a done deal as part of an agreement for when the city hosted WM18. Time will tell though.

As for 29. Vancouver has officially put in a bid for 2013's Wrestlemania. They timed there bid request with the Winter Olympics, and fortunatly as most media outlets reported Vancouver was in the top 2 if not the top city ever for just pure excitement and energy from the public for Olympic history. So Vancouvers bid basically included a statement of "how can you not want to be a part of this" The person in charge of the bid for the city is the same person that convinced the Province of British Columbia to allow a trial UFC event which is coming in the next year and should it be sucsessful they will lift the ban on MMA in BC. They are also calling themselves the 2nd City of Canada. 2nd City to host a Winter Olympics, 2nd City to host a UFC event and hopefully the 2nd City to host a Wrestlemania in Canada.

The one thing they are worried about is he has also heard from his sources that Toronto is pretty much a lock for 28. And they are worried that WWE may not want to run Canada for back to back Wrestlemania's, however they are hoping that WWE realizes that it won't effect sales because they have already proven people will travel to Vancouver for big events, and that people will travel for Wrestlemania.
